GridFrame is the software a small business runs on: customers, bookings, jobs, invoices and the website, in one place, on your own computer or server. Every edition shares the same core below, then adds what your industry needs.
The core, in every edition
Customers and leads
Every customer with their history. Website forms, bookings and chats become new leads, and you get an alert on your phone or computer right away.
Online booking
Live free times on your website, based on your hours, your team's time off and what's already booked. Customers get an e-mail with a calendar invite and a private link to move or cancel.
Website chat
A chat bubble on your website that arrives in your inbox. Mark yourself available when you can answer; otherwise it takes a message.
Quotes, invoices and payments
Quotes that turn into invoices, deposits, store credit, and a pay-online link through your own Stripe account.
Phone and texts
With your own Twilio number: appointment reminders and texts for customers who agreed, STOP handled for you, and voicemails and incoming texts saved with the customer.
Customer portal
Your customers see their own visits, quotes, invoices and messages, and nothing of anyone else's.
Calendars
Each person's appointments in the calendar app they already use, through a private calendar link (the standard iCalendar format).
Money and books
Expenses, receipts sent in by e-mail, a time clock with hours ready for payroll, and spreadsheet files for your accountant.
Your team
Each person sees only what their job needs. Two-step sign-in, quick PIN sign-in on a shared computer, schedules and time-off requests.
Bring your data over
Import customers from another system: CSV, Excel, vCard or a ZIP of them, with duplicates found before anything is added.
Your data stays yours
Download everything at any time in one file. Backups you can restore, and every uploaded file checked for viruses before it's stored.

A website that matches your industry, with your services, booking, reviews and chat, run from the same system.

We list a service here only after we've used it with GridFrame ourselves. Export files for accounting and payroll programs are being tested now. Using something else (for example a delivery app or another payment system)? Ask us. If enough businesses need it, we build it.
